Mindful Sylvia

Sylvia began her meditation practice over 20 years ago. In 2015 she received her certification as a Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction (MBSR) teacher from the Jon Kabat-Zinn program at the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Besides leading corporate mindfulness and stress reduction programs, she offers yoga and senior fitness classes in the Bay area. Sylvia started her yoga practice in 2005 and is now a Certified Yoga teacher (RYT500).
