To practice Anapana,

One focuses on the natural breath,

The breath that is involuntary.

It's happening right now as you're listening to this.

This breath is the meditation anchor,

So when thoughts or feelings arise,

You note them,

Remind yourself to come back to the breath,

And continue.

This is the process of becoming the master of your mind.
