Michele Ku is a Dharma and mindfulness teacher and has taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction since 2008. She has been a practitioner of Insight meditation for over two decades. She is a graduate of Spirit Rock Meditation Center's Community Dharma Leaders Program and the Dedicated Practitioner's Program. She is a parent and practices mindfulness in everyday family life. She is the co-founder and past coordinator of the Family Sangha at the East Bay Meditation Center in Oakland, CA. She teaches for Banyan Together, an online meditation sangha. Michele also provides individual meditation instruction for new and experienced students, as well as online classes and meditation groups. She also has a private psychotherapy practice.
