Welcome to this short guided meditation to implement the trinity into your system.
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhale and exhale receive and let go and while you still observe your breath without judgment you feel the contact to the ground you feel the contact on the surface you're sitting on or lying down and you feel connected to the earth to the earth's core and to the higher realms of the cosmos and the monadic imprint within your pineal gland and your eighth chakra and with the next inhale you turn inward into your inner cosmos into the inner realms of being there is a violet akasha flame appearing in front of you and it is up to you if you have the courage to move through it if you're ready we move together into the violet akasha flame and since it is the flame of transformation the closer we get the closer we feel the increasing transforming energy we're stepping in the flame and we feel that it burns all old patterns all patterns that are no longer serving you and we notice that there's no past and no future anymore there are no longings and there is no fear no worries nothing at all just the quality of the present moment just the aliveness and the joy that emanates from divine source and you leave the old packages behind and you leave the old burdens behind and as you move through the flame there's now a big pure light a whole of divinity appearing in front of you a clear pure white light while you notice that you become very silent and since there is no time anymore there's only this pure nurturing silence and the more you become silent the more you understand the ground of all creation the trinity the ancient sound all is and has been and will be created from the vast void from divine sound and divine light which forms the trinity three circles intertwining and creating the triveka triveka and you become one with this source of creation your system becomes one with the source of eternity which will nurture your whole being with it and all beings and sentient beings that will come into contact with you you'll be a bridge and an activator for this divine trinity Ke Rasa Hasa Triveka Ke Rasa Hasa Triveka Ke Rasa Hasa Triveka and you're now flooded and fulfilled with this energy where no time exists the source of creation is now within you within your heart and within your hands use it wisely the triveka is now activated and get back out of this holy space through the violet flame through the breath into your current situation and position again but keep in mind that you are now one one with divine source one with the holy trinity
