Winter Woods

Winter is magical to me. The cyclical changes of our beloved earth capture my heart and soul every time with its unimaginable beauty. Time spent in the winter woods is precious. The sights. The sounds. As peaceful as it gets on this beautiful planet in my experience. The snowfall supports and greases my skis so I may hear the woods as I glide on through the paths we share with the animals whose footprints clearly show where their paths and ours cross. We are one.
