Vishuddha Chakra Meditation music is tuned to the frequencies of that specific chakra for optimum healing and opening. It provides the perfect tones for the meditator to chant the Bija seed HAM if so desired. This is the music only version of the guided meditation Megan MacCarthy and I created.

I was able to relax, while my partner vacuum cleaned in the other room. I would have preferred 15 to 30 minutes, so I replayed the audio several times.

I used it as background music to write in my journal; I wish it were a longer piece! Thanks, it was lovely.
