Begin by settling yourself.

Sit in a comfortable position or lay on your back.

Take a few deep,

Calming breaths.

Notice where you feel the most tense.

Focus on those areas as you take another breath.

Allow the tension to flow away as you breathe out.

When you feel ready,

Imagine looking into a deep,

Clear blue sky.

You feel warm and relaxed.

In the center of this open space is a sun.

Experience the blue sky as your mind.

Pure rot,

Free of constraints.

As you continue to hold this image,

Imagine the sun bring light over you.

Experience the rays of light as nourishing.

Feel your worries and pains fade in its presence.

The soft sunlight warms you from the inside and when you exhale,

It takes every thought away.

Distinate healing light for as long as you wish to.

INhale,

Release the Continue to observe the sky,

Enjoying the relaxation you are experiencing.

Whenever thought creep in,

Turn to the image.

When you are ready to finish your relaxation session,

Take a deep breath and exhale through your mouth.

Bring your awareness back to the present.

Become aware of the time and place you are in today.

Slowly stretch your muscles and open your eyes,

Enjoying the feeling of calm and peace that remains with you.
