Hello and welcome to this confidence mantra meditation.
Mantras help us to focus our minds and help us to refocus our thoughts to more desirable patterns.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable seat,
Either on a chair with feet grounded to the floor,
Or sitting in a comfortable position on the floor or a cushion with a long spine and your hands in your lap.
The mantra we will be using today is I am happy and confident in all that I do.
I am happy and confident in all that I do.
Now close your eyes.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Follow the soft,
Gentle rhythm of your inhale.
And your exhale as you begin to clear your mind.
With each inhale,
Feel your chest expand.
Allow your inhale to help your spine lengthen.
As you exhale,
Feel yourself become more grounded.
Allow yourself be fully supported by the floor.
Or your chair.
Continue to follow your inhales.
And exhales.
Continue to keep your breath soft and natural,
But now start to focus on the words.
You can say them out loud or in your head.
I am happy and confident in all that I do.
Inhale,
Exhale.
I am happy and confident in all that I do.
I am happy and confident in all that I do.
Continue to repeat this for the next few minutes.
If you lose focus,
That's okay.
Allow your thoughts to drift away and come back to the mantra.
I am happy and confident in all that I do.
When your mind starts to wander,
Just bring it back.
Be gentle and kind to yourself.
This is a practice.
It takes time.
I am happy and confident in all that I do.
Taking two more rounds of the mantra.
Now you can release the mantra.
Allow the words to drift.
And your breath to soften.
During this practice you may have been holding some control in your breath and that's okay.
Bring it back to its natural rhythm now.
Take a moment now to check in with yourself and how you're feeling.
Physically,
Mentally.
And emotionally.
Let this mantra stay with you throughout your day and even into the rest of the week.
You are capable of anything.
You can gently open your eyes with a few blinks.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
And release with the sigh through the mouth.
I hope you have a beautiful day.
