Would you describe menopause as?
Natural How about.
.
.
Normal.
Do you think that just because something is common,
That it's natural or normal.
You see,
Menopause is interesting.
Other animals don't have.
Menopause.
They die.
In fact,
There's a formula for how long animals live.
They live for one billion heartbeats.
And then they died.
So generally speaking,
The larger the animal,
The longer it lives.
And that's because the larger the animal,
The longer it takes for their big hearts to beat one billion times.
Now there are some exceptions to the billion beat rule,
But other animals that have more than one billion heartbeats still do not have menopause.
They die.
We human females are living so long that we outlive our ovaries.
Our ovaries die,
But we keep on living.
And we are living long enough now to have 2.
1 billion heartbeats.
I call it our billion beat bonus.
Well,
This means.
.
.
That menopause is not natural or normal.
Is natural and normal.
Menopause is not.
Your ovaries produced a vital hormone called estradiol.
It served many functions,
Some reproductive and some non-reproductive.
When you outlive your ovaries,
You stop producing estradiol.
That's why you stop reproducing.
But that's also why you start aging rapidly on both the inside and the outside.
You see?
Your estradiol was your fountain of youth.
It kept you young on the inside and the outside.
This is why people associate menopause with aging.
The billion beat bonus is a good thing,
Not a bad thing.
We should celebrate the fact that we have menopause because we can outlive our ovaries.
So that's why I give you this menopause education in a way that makes you understand fully what's really going on when you encounter menopause.
You are fortunate enough to outlive your ovaries and go on living the second half of your life as a vivacious menopausal woman.
