Mel is a self-compassion focused, trauma sensitive mindfulness facilitator and recovery coach whose passion is to share mindfulness practices to support substantial life change. Specialising in recovery from addiction, trauma and low level mental health, Mel works with groups and on an individual basis helping people to move forward from a place of isolation and pain to one of connection and joy. Mel is a UK recognised teacher with BAMBA, British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches.
