Now,

Close your eyes and take in a very deep breath.

Pretend your tummy is a balloon.

And as you inhale,

Make that balloon as big as you can.

Now exhale it all out.

And as you do that again,

Inhale fully and make your balloon any color you want.

And exhale.

Feel how the balloon deflates as you exhale it all out.

Now as you do this,

Allow your arms and legs to get as floppy and as loose as a well-loved stuffed animal.

Just let them get very heavy and loose,

All limp and relaxed.

Let them start to feel so heavy,

It's as if you don't even want to move them because they're too relaxed.

Just allow your body to continue relaxing while we use our imagination to imagine something wonderful.

Now in your mind,

Pretend you have a magical bubble blower in your pocket.

Go on,

Pull out that bubble blower now.

It's your favorite color.

It looks like any bubble blower,

But this one has real magic inside.

It's been small in your pocket,

But as you pull it out,

You realize it becomes enormous.

It's a lot bigger than any bubble blower you've ever seen.

So now in your other hand,

Imagine you have a big bottle of magic bubble soap.

Put the bubble blower into the thick magic soap liquid.

Get it nice and wet.

Now you can start to blow through the bubble blower to make a giant bubble.

And as you do this,

I want you to put any worry or fear that you have about anything,

Put it into that bubble.

Just put it all in there.

And now continue blowing that bubble until you think it's big enough.

Now keep blowing,

Keep blowing,

Put it all in there.

And as you finish,

A very strong friendly wind comes behind you and finishes blowing that bubble big and off of your bubble wand.

It carries it so far away.

You'll never have to worry about that again.

It's leaving now.

Watch as it goes.

You can blow up as many bubbles as you need with your magic bubble blower.

Put anything in there that's bothering you or that worries you or maybe you're a little bit afraid of.

And watch as your friend the wind carries the bubbles far,

Far away.

Blow some more bubbles now.

You can use this magic bubble blower whenever you need to.

All you have to do is imagine it in your mind.

You've done a great job today.

Put away your bubble blower when you're ready and come back and we can do this again anytime.

Give your body a big stretch and take in a nice deep breath.

Notice how good you're feeling now.

Open your eyes when you're ready.

You've done a fantastic job.
