Hey Megan here from Libra Living Wellness Limited for the 31st video of Libra Living Liberations.
And today I wanted to talk about having fun.
Now when I thought.
.
.
Um,
Of this topic for today.
Today's video.
I was thinking about how.
.
.
We always kind of stay either constantly busy or constantly overwhelmed,
Stressed out,
And we forget sometimes to stop and have fun.
For most people,
You work during the week and then you try to relax on the weekend and have fun.
When I think of having fun.
.
.
I think it's okay to even do that during the week.
It gets really heavy and overwhelming.
I feel stressed out and I'm like,
Okay,
I need to do something to break up this.
Chaos that's going on in my head.
And I choose to do something fun.
And I think when we take those moments to be like,
Okay,
Take a break,
Let's do something fun instead.
It really helps to kind of hit the reset button,
Because life can feel heavy.
It can feel chaotic.
It can be stressful,
And it can really weigh you down if you let it.
And that's why I think it's so important to have those moments where you say,
You know what,
I'm going to do something fun instead,
And to really incorporate that into your life daily,
Weekly,
Not just say okay let's get all this work done then we'll have fun.
Take little small breaks and do something fun whether it's I don't know,
Dancing in your house or.
.
.
Going run outside in the rain,
Whatever it could be and whatever,
You know,
Makes you happy.
But I think it's so important to remember.
To have fun because life is hard as it is and if we Don't let ourselves go.
Or allow ourselves to have fun once in a while.
Then it's going to be really hard and draining.
But when we have those moments of having fun and enjoying ourselves,
It helps us,
I think,
To be able to move forward and to get through sometimes those hard times as well.
There are many of times where Life is hard,
I'm going through the thick of it.
It's not fun,
But.
.
.
Be in my partner,
Laugh,
We have fun.
And it really takes.
Kind of the seriousness away of the struggles that I'm going through.
And they're still there.
And of course,
You know,
It's important to remember to come back to them and to work your way through them.
But I think having that moment of having fun and being lighthearted and laughing.
It breaks it up and it makes it feel a little less heavy.
So I encourage everyone to remember to take a moment.
Do something fun.
And have fun and enjoy yourself.
Until next time.
