Moving down and through you,
Taking any worries,

Any tension down through your body,

Feel how this waterfall of light is filling you and feeding every cell.
Imagine that's filling you up so much that you can open little tiny spigots on each finger and toe.
Allows that light and energy to move through,
Making space for more.
Opening the energy in your palms of your feet and your hands.
Allowing your frequency to go higher,
Calmer and brighter.
Melting any tension and taking it right out your hands and feet.
This waterfall of light,
Filled with rainbows,
Filling you with energy and color,
Filling you with peace.
Let yourself notice any voices going on in your head.
Let them move through too.
If there's a concern,
Let yourself turn it around in your mind,
Affirming the positive.
Seeing what you pray for and letting the problem go.
Feeling held in the peace of the moment.
Always held in the peace of the moment.
Always something to be grateful for.
The spaciousness of this moment,
The breath,
The light.
A space for you inside yourself.
You are whole.
You are precious.
You are health.
You are love.
You are peace.
Know this peace that you feel in yourself right now.
