This meditation is one of my new favorites,
It's called Earth Pulsing,
Isn't that delicious?
So prepare yourself for meditation by finding a comfortable place that you can lie down on your back.
It can be in bed,
It can be on whatever floor surface you have available.
It can be and might really enhance it if you at some point have an opportunity to practice this particular meditation actually on top of the earth.
So only having maybe your clothing between you and the earth,
Be it on grass or a beach or where have you,
But it's really not necessary to be in direct contact.
It's more the power of our imagination that makes this meditation so powerful.
So lie down on your back and if it feels good to you,
Gently close your eyes.
We're really going to focus on the back body in this meditation.
It is connecting with the earth and just focus on what exact parts of your body are touching surface.
So maybe it's one corner of your shoulder,
Maybe you can detect if each and every vertebra,
Only part of your back is grounding and just tune in and try and ground as much of your back body on whatever surface you're lying on.
You can gently tune into your breath,
Inhaling and exhaling.
With each exhale,
Imagine that you're grounding even more and we're also going to pay attention here to the back part of our heart.
So imagine your heart in the center of your chest,
That strong,
Strong muscle beating and you're going to try and imagine the back side of your heart being very close to your back and in turn very close to the surface,
To the earth as we turn into tune into the pulse of the earth.
So little by little with your eyes closed,
Just going to imagine that you're lying on top of the earth as it is a planet,
Like the curvature of the earth is gently supporting you and you can feel as you lie kind of like as a giant on top of the earth.
So you can feel the curvature of the earth behind you,
Supporting you and you're tuning into her energy as well.
Just for a moment,
See,
Is there any communication,
Any energy,
Any movement,
Heat,
Cold?
What do you detect on your back body?
And you're just going to take this image of you sort of draping yourself on top of the earth as a gentle giant on top of the,
The green and blue marble that is our planet and just feel held,
Feel warmed on the front side of the body by the sun and completely connected and in tune to the pulse of the earth as you curve gently over top.

Feel free to use your own creativity.
You can imagine that you're rooting down in the earth.
You can imagine that you're connected by a certain energy or light.
Anything that you are organically imagining is what needs to come through.
We're connecting with one of the most powerful grounding relationships we have to our planet.
Just feel that power,
That strength and also the ease,
The natural cycles,
The ebb and flow,
The consistent ongoing death and rebirth,
Regeneration.
The only constant is change and yet we can find peace in this moment,
Feeling 100% held over the curvature of the earth.
When you're ready,
Take a few deep breaths in and out.
Take your time to sit up,
Open your eyes and go on about your day,
Feeling this new connection to the earth and its pulse.
