Welcome friends,
Today we're exploring our vibrational energy and we will be welcoming higher frequency energy into our heart space,
Into our bodies,
And offering it back out to our space and to our world.
I wanted to touch on vibrational energy because I think often times we get stuck in low frequency energy which is being stuck in a heavy emotion like fear and guilt and shame and I wanted to offer a practice that would help you to bring in the energy of higher states of consciousness like love and joy,
Peace and acceptance.
We're going to get started by taking a few deep breaths together,
I'd like to settle in to a comfortable place,
Whether you are sitting on a pillow or on the floor,
Place your hands on your thighs,
Soften your heart and your gaze,
And just slow,
Slow down,
Just allow yourself to relax and take time to be in your body and connect with a higher state of consciousness.
So let's breathe together a few deep inhales and exhales,
We're going to go inhale 3 seconds followed by a 3 second exhale,

We're just going to listen into our bodies and soften what needs to soften and roll what needs to roll,
Maybe your shoulders need a bit of loosening and your jaw,
Holding the crown of your head high,
Maybe just giving your thighs a gentle rub with your hands so you can start to feel into that warm energy.
As we settle in here and as we get into our meditation,
I'd like you to think about every inhale as a welcoming and every exhale as an offering,
Bringing in with our breath and offering out with our breath,
And that fluid motion,
You can find yourself in that rhythm maybe by imagining a tide coming in to shore and going back out to sea.
So inhale and exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Welcome love with your inhale and offer love on your exhale,
Welcome joy,
Offer joy,
Welcome peace,
Offer peace,
Welcome acceptance,
And offer acceptance.
Let's do this again,
On our inhale we welcome and on our exhale we offer,

The energy of love and joy,
Peace and acceptance,
This is the energy of our being,
The essence of who we are.
I invite you to keep bringing that energy in and offering that energy out and returning to this practice when you feel stuck in a heavy emotion like fear.
Remember that we can bring in the energy of love and joy,
Peace and acceptance,
And when we do that we are elevating ourselves,
And when we do we elevate our energy,
The energy inside our bodies as well as the energy that we put out into the space around us.
