Small Rituals Group

Hi Everyone! I am creating this group for anyone who has taken my course: Small Rituals In this space we can further explore all of the rituals in the course as well as share new ones as we discover them and the experience they bring to your life! Rituals are so valuable and important, they are how we can connect to the intangible part of ourselves. My hope is that as each group member shares, it will inspire everyone in the space, myself included, to continue to create daily small rituals for themselves.
