Self Love and Compassion

You are loved, you matter and you are worth it!! This circle is a safe place where you can recieve self love tidbits and support to and from one another and uplifting wisdom. My intention is to provide a space of loving and high vibrational energy where anyone can come and feel loved, appreciated and acknowledged. Please be respectful of others and keep correspondence and posts healing and encouraging. While I know many of us have experienced past trauma, neglect and abuse, let's keep this space for optimism and hope and sharing our recovery.
