Queer Home Meditation

Queer Home Meditation started during the Covid quarantine. It has grown into a worldwide community and is now being brought to Insight Timer. Receive breath meditations, visualizations, and affirmations from Dr. Shannon Wong Lerner (she/they), breath-based communication specialist, DEI trainer, and embodiment and speech coach. Dr. SWL bring timely themes to queer meditation so LGBTQ+, QPoC, and GNC and trans people can learn how to “come out” into the world through “going inward.” Come join our community and walk away with tools for your stress relief, wellness, healing, and to improve emotional regulation.
