Moment-by-moment. In an open, curious way.  Meditation has many benefits, including: ✔️Manages the stress response ✔️Stimulates the relaxation response ✔️Improves attention  ✔️Develops neuroplasticity * Focus your attention on what you need in order to live fully and be wholly present for yourself and others. * Make space to set your intentions for the coming year (or even the coming month). * Reflect on what you need to nourish and energize yourself—so that you can nourish and energize others.
