Every Wednesday 9pm UK time is the invitation and opportunity to meditate as one, a Tribe of like minded people who love the power of guided meditation time. Each time I have created a new meditation I hold in my heart and honour whatever it was meant to be which is always an element of healing and empowering our very selves.
