Daily Chakra Practices ⭕️

Every day of the week we will focus on a specific chakra and we will share our favourite chakra practices/meditations aligned with that chakra. Monday: Root Chakra Tuesday: Sacral Chakra Wednesday: Solar Plexus Chakra Thursday: Heart Chakra Friday: Throat Chakra Saturday: Third Eye Chakra Sunday: Crown Chakra Group meditation is hosted daily (excluding Sundays) by Pato at 2pm PDT / 5pm EDT / 10pm BST / 11pm CEST / 7am AEDT. These are hosted as ‘instant’ meditations so you cannot attend them in advance. See scheduled meditations for additional options. This circle is founded by The Wong Janice and co-hosted by Pato.
