10 minutes for grounding

In this circle I intend to urge my fellow mates to give your bodies and brains two 5 minute break sessions of mindfulness: 1. once in the MORNING immediately after waking up, in this session we must set the tone for the day by reciting or imagining how you intend to be, what goals do you intend to finish during the day, a round of 21 deep breaths, ending with a small prayer to who or whatsoever you believe moves you- to ask for good thoughts and guidance to help you do good karma. 2. At NIGHT just before going to bed- to set the tone for sleeping and letting go of all the thoughts of the day- close your eyes and let the thoughts in front of your eyes, without paying much to attention to any one of them, after a while you will feel short of thoughts, at that point empty you will actively remove all thoughts and empty your mind, stay in this phase for some time and go to bed!
