Welcome friend.

This meditation is designed to guide you through an intuitive journey,

Helping you tune into the quiet messages that your body is always sending.

Trust that whatever comes up in this practice is exactly what you needed today.

When you are ready,

Find a comfortable position either sitting upright or lying down,

Allowing your body to relax fully.

Begin to close your eyes and take a deep,

Cleansing breath in and slowly exhale.

Let your body soften into stillness.

Whether you're sitting or lying down,

Feel the surface beneath you fully supporting your weight.

Allow your body to soften and your mind to quiet.

As you settle in,

Begin to notice the rhythm of your breath.

No need to change it,

Just observe it.

The gentle rise and fall,

Like waves meeting the shore.

Now,

Take a slow inhale through your nose,

Filling your lungs,

Your belly,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension,

Any noise from the outside world.

With each breath,

Feel yourself becoming more present,

More open to listening to the quiet whispers within.

Begin to imagine roots extending from your body,

Sinking deep into the earth,

Anchoring you in a space of safety and peace.

Feel the gentle pulse of the earth beneath you,

Steady and unwavering.

Now bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Where a soft,

Golden light begins to pour down,

Warm and gentle,

Like morning sunlight on your skin.

This light moves slowly,

Washing over your forehead,

Your eyes,

And your jaw,

Melting away any tension.

As it travels down your neck and shoulders,

Feel the weight you've been carrying begin to dissolve.

The light continues down your arms,

Softening your hands,

Flowing into your heart,

Warming you from the inside out.

This golden energy wraps around your torso,

Filling your belly with a deep sense of ease,

Moving down through your hips,

Your legs,

And then all the way to your toes.

This light is here to guide you inward,

To help you listen,

To trust,

To receive.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your heart space.

Imagine a small,

Glowing ember resting here,

Soft,

Warm,

Pulsing with quiet wisdom.

Place your hands gently over your heart and ask,

What are you trying to tell me?

Maybe it's a word,

An image,

Or a feeling.

Maybe it's simply stillness.

Whatever arises,

Trust it.

Breathe into it.

Now,

Shift your focus to your stomach,

The center of your deep knowing.

Imagine a pool of water resting here,

Still and reflective.

Drop a small pebble into the water and watch the ripples expand.

What sensations,

Emotions,

Or thoughts emerge?

Listen closely.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your head,

Your mind,

The space of thoughts,

Dreams,

And clarity.

Imagine a soft,

Radiant light expanding at the center of your forehead,

Dissolving mental fog and overthinking.

If your mind could whisper something to you,

What would it say?

What clarity or insight is waiting for you?

Begin to bring awareness to your throat.

Imagine a gentle breeze moving through this space,

Clearing any stuck words,

Unspoken truths,

Or emotions waiting to be expressed.

If your throat could speak right now,

What would it say?

What truth longs to be heard?

Shift your focus to the base of your spine,

The foundation of your being.

Imagine a deep red energy swirling here,

Grounding you like strong roots of a tree.

If this space could whisper to you,

What would it say?

What does your body need to feel safe,

Secure,

And supported?

Slowly continue this journey,

Scanning through any other whispers waiting to be acknowledged in your body.

Scanning through your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands,

Your back,

And your legs and your feet.

Picking up any remaining tension in the body.

Breathe into them.

Offer them your presence,

Your love,

Your trust.

Now,

Imagine you are standing in a peaceful open field.

The air is fresh,

The sky endless.

In front of you stands your own body,

Radiant,

Alive,

Speaking to you through energy and sensation.

You step closer,

You reach out,

Placing a gentle hand over your heart.

Ask your body,

What do you need from me?

Perhaps a word drifts in,

A color,

An image,

A feeling.

Whatever appears,

Receive it with openness.

Now ask,

How can I honor you today?

Allow the answer to come naturally,

Without force.

Your body always speaks with love,

Even in silence.

As you stand here,

Feel a deep understanding settle in.

A knowing that your body is always communicating,

Always guiding.

It has never left you,

It has always been here,

Whispering.

Slowly,

Bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel the steady rhythm,

The way it moves through you,

Anchoring you in the present moment.

Start to wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Gently roll your shoulders,

Bringing back movement into your body while carrying this deep sense of connection with you.

When you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Returning to your space with more clarity,

Ease and trust in the whispers of your body.

Know that you can return to this space anytime.

Your body's wisdom is always available to you.

You only need to listen.

Thank yourself for being in this space,

For showing up for yourself.

May you always carry this sense of connection,

Peace and inner wisdom with you.

Sending you love and light.
