This piece was like a walk on a nice spring day. The repetitiveness of this allowed the mind to quiet and let me go deep inside myself. There were a couple of times, I don’t think I even heard the drums for a bit, just felt the vibrations, total relaxation. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to sit without fidgeting for the 14 minutes, but I didn’t fidget once or think “isn’t it time yet?” like I do sometimes when I try to sit for over 10 minutes (my mind will start to wander, my legs will start talking, if the piece doesn’t keep me fully focused). This worked. Thanks for sharing it. I found a lot of peace inside the vibrations.
