To begin,
Find a comfortable position.
Sitting or laying down,
You may want to place your hands in your lap or at your sides.
Close your eyes.
Begin with your attention directed outward,
Noticing all the sounds around you.
Concentrate on all the things you can hear.
Gradually,
Turn your attention inward,
Turning your attention away from your surroundings and toward yourself.
Focus on your physical self,
Noticing how you are feeling,
Observing.
Focus even more intently now.
Focus on your breathing.
Observe your breath without trying to change anything.
Bring your attention deeply inward,
All the way to the core of your body.
Notice how your stomach moves in and out with each breath.
Feel the movement of the core of your body.
Notice how smooth,
Calm and regular your breathing is.
Allow the tension to leave your body,
Relaxing your muscles so that you can rest calmly,
Becoming relaxed.
Now that you are starting to become more relaxed,
Let's imagine your perfect day.
See yourself in your bed in the morning.
What are you feeling and how your day is unfolding?
See yourself moving through your day.
Who are you talking to?
What are you doing?
What is igniting your life and what is bringing you joy and happiness?
Who are you helping?
How are you excelling and who are you meeting with in this perfect day?
What are you eating?
What are you drinking?
What are you doing for fun and what are you focusing on in business?
As your day unfolds and as you are moving from morning to noon,
From noon to evening,
You see your day,
This perfect day,
And you notice how you are feeling as you're spending your time doing the things you love with the people you adore,
Who are inspiring you and who are cheering you up.
As we reach the end of the day,
As you are putting your head on the pillow and you're closing your eyes,
Your mind goes through the events,
The adventures,
The service you did throughout this day,
And again you're awakening the feeling of gratitude,
Inspiration,
And satisfaction.
You are feeling saturated with high beautiful feelings as you put your head to the pillow and you are feeling happy with this day.
Think to yourself,
What would it take to repeat this day every day in my life?
How would I recreate this day over and over and over again so I would not only have one perfect day but I would have an amazing awesome life?
Allow the ideas to come to you.
What are the changes that you need to take?
What are the steps that need to happen so you can recreate this perfect day every day in your life?
As we are coming out of this visualization,
Take a deep breath in and gently exhale out.
As you are opening your eyes,
Bring to your mind the ideas that you received as you ask the question,
How can I create this day again and again over and over in my life?
I would encourage you to write these ideas in your notebook and write down the question,
What would it take for me to create this day and recreate this day over and over again?
In the course of today,
Allow yourself to be present to inspiration,
Allow yourself to be present to the ideas coming to you in answer of this question.
Keep writing your ideas in your journal and think how could you take incremental small steps and think what are the small steps that you can take to get you closer to this perfect day?
