
5 Minute Breathing Meditation With Singing Bowls
This is a 5-min sound meditation focusing on the breath. You may sync your breathing with the sound of the singing bowls by using the instructions below. The meditation includes two singing bowls: one is the INHALE, and the other is the EXHALE. The track begins on an INHALE (slowly through the nose for 4-5 seconds) as you hear the first bowl being played. Then PAUSE and hold your breath for approx 5 seconds until you hear the second bowl being struck - EXHALE (slowly for 7-9 seconds). Repeat.
