I listened to this 1st time yesterday during my walk, which just coincidently was the morning of the Strawberry Full Moon 6/11/2025. I found it very good to accompany my walking. I also found that it really brought through some nice memories of places on my walk. Some near tear moments, joy and even a smile or 2. Additionally used it last night to lull me to sleep.
