This 15-minute sound meditation is inspired by the Five Element Creation Cycle from traditional Chinese medicine—Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood—each supporting the next in a continuous flow of balance within the body. Through piano, vocal toning, percussion, and Tibetan singing bowls, the music gently moves through these elemental qualities, offering a sonic reflection of harmony between the organs and the nervous system. The piece is centred in the key of E, symbolising the soul, while shifting tonal relationships mirror the energetic movement of the elements. You can use this meditation during rest, yoga, Qigong, or before sleep. Simply relax, breathe slowly, and allow the sound to guide you back into balance.
