Cosmic Solar Eclipse Sound Healing Meditation

So,

I invite you to close your eyes and to bring your awareness fully to your breathing.

Bring your awareness fully to your breathing and begin to sink into your body,

Into your being,

Into this present moment.

Allow yourself to be truly present in that stillness within,

Leaving the world outside for now.

And as you breathe deeply,

The space around you is being filled by beautiful radiant white golden light.

This light contains the light of source,

Of our sun,

Of the great central sun,

And the Christ light of unconditional love.

And this light flows into all walls,

The floor,

The ceiling,

Any doors and windows,

Or creates a sphere of light around you should you be outside.

And this light creates a beautiful high vibrational space for you to be in,

So that only the energies,

Vibrations and beings may enter that serve your highest good.

Feel your connection to the earth,

And allow roots of light to flow out from underneath you,

Out through the bottom of your body into the earth,

Connecting to the crystal in the center of the earth.

And begin to breathe up the beautiful vibration of mother earth to anchor you,

To ground you.

Breathing up her light,

And then imagine your breath flowing upward through your body and release it out through the top of your head,

Opening that inner channel,

Opening from within.

Allow that channel to expand,

To open,

And receive these waves of sound and light to truly open your heart,

Your being,

Opening all of who you are,

Ready to receive.

And breathe through your heart,

And your solar plexus,

The place of your own sun,

Your own power.

And as you breathe through the sacred portal of your heart and your solar plexus,

Imagine sinking deeper within,

And as you do so,

A portal of light opens around and within you,

A portal of pure golden light.

And so take a deep breath in,

And just sink into that portal,

Flowing through with your light body,

And you begin to travel into the cosmos,

Into the quantum space of infinity and all that exists.

Feel yourself becoming lighter,

Releasing all tension out of your body if you can,

As much as possible.

Relax your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your brows.

And we are traveling through the dimensions into a version of a higher vibrational earth,

For this earth exists in different dimensional states,

Vibrations.

And so slowly you feel warm,

Beautiful earth beneath you.

Your bare feet on warm earth,

In a sacred landscape,

In this version of a higher vibrational,

Higher dimensional earth plane.

You are standing in a beautiful opening on this warm earth,

And around you there is a beautiful landscape,

Streams of water,

Beautiful ancient trees,

Colorful flowers,

A beautiful landscape of luscious nature,

Witnessing the abundance of nature.

And so,

As you stand there,

As you breathe in this beautiful opening,

The light of the violet flame begins to move to you and through you,

Into you,

Slowly circling like a beautiful vortex of the violet flame into your physical body and non-physical body,

Your physical,

Emotional,

Mental and spiritual body.

And allow this light to clear out anything that is ready to be cleared today in this moment,

Any dense or stagnant energies,

Anything you may have picked up from others or the collective,

Allow this light to move through your body and being,

Cleanse on the deepest level possible,

As you breathe out through your feet into the earth,

Releasing all energies that are ready to be cleared and cleansed and let go of today.

So breathe in the sound and the light,

Breathe out anything heavy,

Everything that's being cleared into the earth.

may feel broken at times,

We never truly are.

It's not about fixing ourselves,

But about remembering again.

Coming back to what we truly are underneath those layers of limiting programs,

Beliefs,

Trauma.

Coming back to what lies beneath that at the core of our being.

And so feel that alignment within held in the vibration of the beating of these hearts.

And allow yourself to rest in this moment.

Allow yourself to replenish as the sound and the light embraces you,

Holds you completely,

Fills your cup and brings you into that inner alignment of all that you are.

Feel the support of this open portal of the solar eclipse,

And so as you keep breathing deeply,

Imagine that in the sacred place that you are in,

You shed your old skin like taking off the old that no longer serves you.

Imagine yourself standing there on this beautiful warm earth,

In this beautiful landscape,

And it's really as if you're taking off your old skin and you're dropping it to the ground like a snake would.

I allow myself to release all that no longer serves me.

I allow myself to release the old.

I let go of anything heavy,

Stagnant.

Just let go of that old skin.

Let it flow into the earth for nourishment for the earth.

And see yourself glowing from the inside out as you let go of that old layer of your old self.

Letting go of all that you wish to let go of as we move forward into this new era.

And as this old skin drops and moves into the earth,

You may feel that suddenly at the back,

At your spine,

Beneath your shoulder blades,

You feel how your wings,

Your vibrational wings of light,

Have so much more space.

It's like they're gently opening a little bit,

Flowing in the gentle breeze and the wind,

Shaking off old dust,

Anything that doesn't serve you anymore.

And as you breathe into that openness within,

Feeling your wings of light,

Feel that alignment of the three suns,

Your own sun within and your solar plexus,

The sun of our earth that warms this earth,

And the great central sun,

The portal to the I AM,

To the ever-present awareness of all that is.

So just allow that alignment to be present within just by bringing your awareness to it.

Receiving the light and the codes of these portals of the suns,

Amplified by the solar eclipse.

And just keep breathing in the light,

The codes,

The vibration,

Feeling that alignment.

Feel that inner freedom.

And feel the cosmos within you.

Feel that vastness within you,

The infinite.

And as you expand and align in this way,

In the quantum field of infinite possibilities,

Now place your intentions into this field through the space of your heart,

What you would like to create for yourself and the collective.

Place any intentions in this field,

However big or small.

Release any limitations of the mind,

Such as how,

When,

Where.

How can it be possible?

Release all that for now.

Allow yourself to dream big,

To envision so beautifully.

And allow these dreams and visions and intentions to flow from your being,

From your heart,

Into the quantum space.

If you can,

Detaching from any outcome,

So that your dreams and visions may flow freely,

With a pure intention of your heart.

And allow the sound and the light to amplify your intentions as they move deep into the space of the quantum field.

Trust that they flow where they need to flow,

Anchoring deeply.

As you release them through the portal of your heart.

And so,

In this alignment,

In this expansion,

Your wings of light begin to spread out.

Just imagine that light flowing from your back,

Reaching out.

Any emotions that arise,

Just allow them to be in the sacred space.

And whether you're in total bliss or it feels a bit uncomfortable,

Maybe scary,

Who knows,

Just allow it to be what it is.

And know that you're fully safe in this space.

And allow the experience to be exactly what it is.

And so the beings of light around you join you,

As you begin to rise,

Ascending.

You're fully safe in this space,

Hovering the beings of light around you.

You see the beautiful landscape beneath you.

And you just hover in this space.

And before you,

You see a golden spark of light.

And you see your golden timeline.

The golden timeline of your life,

Of your path.

It reaches out into eternity before you.

A path of gold,

A ray of golden light,

Or a bridge of gold.

Whatever image serves you best.

And you take a step onto that golden timeline.

And just feel into its vibration.

Feel the magic,

The purity,

The radiance of it.

And know that even if you have feelings of being unworthy or not deserving,

Of not being enough,

This or that,

That that is part of the human program and beliefs and patterns and traumas.

And although all that may feel very real,

Those are just layers placed upon who we truly are.

You're whole,

Worthy,

Deserving at the core of your being.

Everyone is,

No exception.

And whether you can feel that yet or not,

Just allow the words and the vibration of this message to flow through your heart.

As all parts of you are embraced by the light.

And if you like,

You can take a few steps on this higher timeline,

On your highest timeline.

May in this moment,

All lower timelines,

May they be closed,

May they fall away.

And may the activation of this highest timeline flow through all times,

All worlds,

All realms,

All universes,

All dimensions,

All lifetimes and incarnations past parallel.

May this be done in zero point time,

And so it is.

And so just keep breathing.

Feeling yourself on that golden timeline of infinite possibilities.

And if you can,

Just open yourself to those possibilities.

You don't even have to know what they are.

Just an allowing of a shift in your life for things to become easier,

Clearer,

Lighter.

And so your higher self appears before you.

That part of you that doesn't incarnate into the density of our earth plane.

The part of you that pure essence.

And so you walk towards your higher self.

It walks towards you.

And it just embraces you.

In a huge sphere of light.

Calling you home.

Holding you close.

Vibrate in your being,

In your body,

In your heart.

Letting you know that you are deeply loved.

No matter what you may be going through on this earth,

You are so loved and appreciated.

And so as you stand there in the light,

In this embrace,

The beings of light with you gather around you.

And by the power of this light and this love,

The healing,

The activations,

The divine alchemy of this moment with a blast of light and sound is being sent through your ancestral lines.

And may this clearing and activation and healing move through your ancestral lines,

Move through your ancestral lines,

Bring everything and anything into healing and clearing that is ready today.

May it move to exactly where it needs to go,

In alignment with your ancestors,

To the highest good of all.

May this clearing,

Star family with us.

And by standing together in this way,

We amplify the light,

We amplify the sacred medicine of this transmission.

And a pillar of light envelops all of us standing there together.

A pillar of light shooting up into the cosmos and shooting down into the earth.

And so imagine breathing in the light and breathing out through our bodies into the earth so that we may serve as a portal,

As that bridge between worlds to anchor in the light of a higher vibration,

To anchor in the light of the higher dimensions,

To anchor in the light of the higher dimensions.

To anchor in the frequency of love,

Compassion,

Freedom,

Peace,

Kindness,

Unity.

May the frequency of all that flow from our gathering,

Serving as the sacred portal into the depth of the earth so that she may drink from the sacred medicine and light.

May she drink from it deeply so that every sentient being on this earth may be touched by this light.

So just open your hearts and serve as this channel for the light as we stand together with a sound assisting the transmission of light into our beautiful mother earth.
