Welcome to this guided meditation to connect deeply with your star family.
Bring your awareness fully to your breathing and allow yourself to sink into the space of your heart,
Becoming fully present in your body and in this moment.
Allow your breathing to slow down a little,
To deepen as you sink into the ever-present awareness within.
And so imagine yourself connecting to the crystalline grid of the earth by sending out your roots of light down into the earth,
Connecting with the crystalline grid which truly holds you,
Grounds you and nourishes you.
Take a deep breath in through the bottom of your body,
Allow your breath to flow upwards and then breathe out through your crown at the top of your head.
Now take a deep breath in through your crown,
Drawing in the light of the stars in the cosmos,
Allow your breath to flow downwards through your body and then breathe out through your feet through the bottom of your body.
Now take a deep breath in simultaneously through the top of your head and the bottom of your body,
Allow your breath to meet in your sacred heart space and then breathe out into all directions.
And as you breathe deeply,
The space around you is being filled by white golden light of Source,
As well as the light of your soul,
Of your soul's essence,
Together with the light of your star family.
This light and vibration flows into the walls,
The ceiling,
The floor,
Any doors and windows or creates a beautiful sphere of light all around you should you be outside.
This light and vibration creates a high vibrational space for you to be in and only that which serves your highest good and is of the highest light and resonance may enter.
Before you opens a portal of light,
Radiant,
Shimmering,
Carrying beautiful light codes that flow almost translucently within this portal.
You feel,
Sense and hear the call of your star family and so you take a deep breath in and allow yourself to flow into and through this portal of light and your light body begins to journey.
It journeys into the cosmos,
Into the higher dimensions.
Trust that you are safe,
Guided and supported.
Allow yourself to journey.
You find yourself in a beautiful space in the higher dimensions,
A magnificent landscape unfolds before you and this landscape is created in the perfect way for you.
Just notice what you see and sense and if you don't have any visuals just allow it to be a sensation in your body and your being and allow it to unfold exactly as it does.
There may be beautiful trees and plants and flowers like a magical garden There may be streams of crystal clear water,
Maybe a waterfall.
There may be crystals in many different shapes and sizes,
Colors and vibrations.
Trust that this landscape is created in perfect alignment with your body and your being.
And so you begin to walk down a crystal path,
A smooth crystal path laid out in the ground.
You walk through this beautiful landscape.
You feel the vibration within your body rise.
And a bit ahead of you,
You see a grand and large opening in a circular shape.
And within this beautiful opening,
Your star family awaits you.
They come from different star constellations.
They are of different star races.
They have come to meet you here in this moment.
Trust that the right ones are present for you.
And it doesn't matter whether you can tell where they're from,
Who they are or not.
Just trust that they are here for you in this moment,
In the way that you are meant to come together now.
There may be Andromedans,
Lyrans,
Syrians,
Arcturians,
Pleiadians,
And many others.
They are all seated in beautiful crystalline chairs that form a circle within this opening.
Outlining the opening are beautiful,
Magnificent trees and large crystals that hold the space.
And so you step into the circle and you are greeted by your star family.
You feel their presence,
Their love,
Their beautiful vibration.
Breathe deeply through the space of your heart and allow yourself to tune into this connection with your star family.
There is a beautiful crystalline chair in the center of the circle.
And you sit down upon it.
The vibration of this chair is in perfect calibration to your body and being.
And so allow your body to truly relax,
Releasing any tension you may still be holding anywhere in your body.
Allow yourself to release any tension in your mind.
Allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment.
There are waves of light filled with light codes,
Codes of remembrance,
Codes of healing,
Codes of activation,
Of anything that serves your highest good in this moment.
And these waves of light flow from the star beings directly to you.
There are waves of light that connect with the cells of your body.
Every cell of your body connects to a wave of light.
The waves of light are connecting to your physical,
Emotional,
Mental,
And spiritual body.
Just allow this connection to take place,
Feeling into it,
Sinking deeper into your being.
You are being filled by these light codes,
Physically and non-physically.
A deep remembrance moves into the depth of your being.
Allow yourself to receive these light codes as well as the message of your star family.
We greet you,
Dearest ones,
Children of the stars,
Of the light,
Of infinite cosmic space.
We are blessed to be here with you in this moment.
We honor you so greatly.
We see you for all that you are.
You are us and we are you.
And we have come here together in this now moment to remind you of that which you truly are at your core.
We know that many of you feel homesick to the stars,
To your home in the stars at this time.
You are moving through profound shifts on this beautiful earth plane.
You have chosen to come here at this time to be a wayshower,
To serve as a bridge between worlds,
To remember,
To truly awaken.
We honor your path.
We honor all that you are.
And we are here to remind you that all is well with your soul.
We invite you to sink deep into the realization of your true self.
We now ignite that spark of recognition on yet deeper levels.
May the flame of remembrance shine brightly in your being and beingness.
May it guide the way for you.
May every cell of your body vibrate in the remembrance of your cosmic true self and your cosmic origins.
You hold the wisdom you seek.
You are the home you long for.
We are here to guide you in deep connection and communication.
Call upon us at any moment and trust that we are there with you.
And so take a deep breath,
Beautiful children of the stars.
Relax your body and allow yourself to expand into the infinite space within you and around you.
May the spark of remembrance shine brightly in all of your cells.
May the deep trusting in your being unfold on deeper and deeper levels.
Release your doubts and fears to us as we are here to assist you in transforming all that limits you.
Release it all to us.
Breathe it out.
As you receive this transmission of this journey of the vibration within our words,
May it flow deeper and deeper.
May it unfold perfectly for you in the days and weeks and months to come.
A deep remembrance of who you truly are.
We see every aspect of you.
We honor and love every aspect of you.
The wisdom of the masters lies in you.
Trust in you.
We are with you always to guide and support you.
We love you deeply as we are one.
And with that we are complete and so it is.
And so take a few deep breaths,
Allowing this transmission of your star family to integrate fully into your body and being.
And as it sinks deep into every level and every layer,
Receive these waves of sound that blend with the waves of light carrying powerful star codes.
The sound moves deep into you and so just allow yourself to receive the star codes and light codes within the sound.
Take a few more deep breaths.
And take a moment in silence to truly open your heart to communicate with your star family.
You may wish to ask a question,
Ask for a message,
Whatever you like.
And trust that you receive in the perfect way,
Whether it is a clear message,
An image or a sensation.
Just allow it to move into your field,
Expanding into the field of your heart,
Allowing yourself to receive.
You slowly rise up from the chair,
As all the star beings do as well.
The crystalline chairs dissolve and you all gather in the center.
You feel the closeness,
The beautiful presence of your star family.
You breathe into this connection,
Into the vibration of the sacred gathering.
And just breathe with their presence.
And your heartbeat beats with that of our Mother Earth.
It beats with the heartbeat of the cosmos.
And you align fully within your being and in your inner channel.
Deeply connected to the above and the below.
And you are taken deeper into your own knowing,
Into the depth of your soul.
Vibrational information flows within this space.
There is non-verbal communication between all of you.
And no matter what you are moving through in life,
Always come back to the awareness that at your core you are that pure being of light,
That you are of the stars,
That you have come here at this time to create the new,
To anchor in the light and the light codes of a whole new Earth.
Honor yourself for awakening to your true being.
Take a few more deep breaths together with your beautiful star family.
And you may wish to ask them for a certain vibration to flood your being.
It may be the vibration of courage,
Of trust,
Of peace,
The vibration of clarity.
Whatever it is you wish to receive,
Allow them to flood your being with that vibration.
Know that you can return any time and that you can call upon your star family at any given moment.
And so the time has come to journey back,
But you are taking with you this deep activation of remembrance.
You carry within the light codes and star codes that you have received.
And so you turn to face the crystal path where you came from.
You walk to the edge of the opening and the portal of light reappears.
You turn around to your star family as they bow to you in love and appreciation.
You bow to them as well with an open heart and a peaceful mind.
And so you turn around,
Take another deep breath,
And gently flow into the portal of light as you begin to journey back.
And so breathe yourself fully back into your body,
Fully coming back to the here and now.
Taking your time,
Breathing deeply.
Take all the time you need,
And whenever you feel ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
You truly are of the stars.
You hold great power and wisdom.
This is the time to remember.
