This beautiful, calming music is the result of an unusual assemblage of instruments, including tuned bottles, violin, kalimba, and tuned gongs. Imagine taking a journey on foot in a humid rainforest. Your mind is never ahead of your current step. Left foot followed by the right foot. You are breathing slowly and deeply in rhythm with your gait. You are alert and aware of your surroundings, yet only focusing on the path in front of you. You will certainly get there but only step by step.

I was surprised by how much I really loved this. I put it on repeat and it put me in a trance. While it was playing it felt like tiny workmen were repairing my brain. That's always a good thing! I agree with the reviewer who said it felt like searching for something, but not in a desperate way, more exploring with a bit of a melancholy feeling. Thanks so much!

Ha! I read the description after listening. I was going to say this would make a great walking meditation, but it would need to be longer (repeat it over and over I guess). I loved this. It had a lot of elements in it for me. First, it filled my mind, I only lost focus twice and I was easily guided back to the sounds. It was like a clock was ticking and the hands click click clicking the seconds as they moved around the clock in my head. It had a sadness to it. Not sadness, maybe a little loneliness, longing, like I was searching for something. And I was. I was searching for peace. I am searching for a land of no fear. And there was that element of โ€œone foot in front of the otherโ€ as I felt I was meandering toward somewhere. I loved it. I loved the tuned bottles. It was like having the sea somewhere close to where I was walking and some one was blowing on a huge shell (that was the part that felt sad/lonely/longing). Thanks for putting this together and sharing it. It was fantastic. ๐Ÿ’—๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
