Good morning meditation to start your day. A new perspective, a fresh start, a new vision. Take a new path, discover a new flower, touch a tree. What could you do differently today? Instead of living by the same routine, mix up your day with a different midset.

Good morning!

Today is a new day.

Go ahead and take a big breath in through your nose,

Filling up,

And sigh out your mouth.

Take a big breath in through your nose,

Filling up with fresh oxygen to your brain.

Exhale out your mouth.

Emptying out any frustrations,

Worries,

Or fears.

Bringing in inspiration for this new day.

Start to tune into your body,

Noticing your toes,

Wiggling your toes,

Moving your ankles in circles.

Shifting your legs side to side,

And giving a swing to your hips.

Take a big breath in,

Opening up your heart,

Expanding your ribs,

And exhale out your mouth.

Dumping out stress,

Leaving any tension behind.

Start to drop your head down to your chest,

And do some tiny circles with your head,

Opening up your neck,

Breathing in as you lift your head up,

And exhale,

Bringing your head down to your chest.

Just doing that a few rounds of breath,

Creating space in your neck,

Relieving tension and stress.

Feel your face get soft.

Bring your head back to center.

Release your eyebrows,

And bring your eyes to a soft gaze,

Or close them completely,

Sinking your eyes back into their sockets,

And visualize a colorful,

Bright,

Fresh,

New day.

Only seeing bright colors,

Turquoise,

Forest greens,

The colors of the sunset,

Letting those colors surround your whole body,

And out into your aura.

Seeing those bright colors surround your whole body,

Feeling vibrant,

Cheerful,

And ready to take on this new day.

Breathe in through your nose,

And out your mouth,

Feeling your body at ease,

Soft,

And strong.

Allow your shoulders to drop down your spine,

Letting the weight of the world go.

Starting your new day fresh,

Full of energy,

Bright and colorful.

Noticing things differently today.

Maybe stop and smell the roses,

The trees.

Say hi to an animal that walks in your path.

Bringing in gratitude that you get to experience this new day ahead of you.

It's filled with new opportunities,

New experiences,

New people.

Slowly start to open up your eyes,

Coming back into the room,

And taking in all of your surroundings.

Noticing the aromas in your room.

Seeing the texture of your clothes,

And the taste in your mouth.
