Welcome to this guided morning breath meditation.
It's designed for you to get your day started off right.
Now start with finding a comfortable seated position and close your eyes and start turning your focus inward.
Start with simply noticing your breath,
Just observing without changing anything.
Now take a deep breath through your nose and sigh it all out through your mouth.
Let's repeat that one more time.
Deep breath in through your nose and sigh it all out through your mouth,
Letting it all go.
Now bring your focus to how your breath travels through your body on every inhale and every exhale.
On every exhale feel any tension or worries leaving your body and on every inhale bring your focus to a positive thought of yours.
Repeat this a couple of times on your own.
Now bring your focus to how your belly and chest is changing form on every inhale and exhale.
Notice how the belly and chest is rising on every inhale and how your lungs are completely emptied with each exhale.
Now sit with this breath for two minutes on your own.
Now slowly start bringing some awareness back into this present moment.
Maybe making some gentle movements in your body,
Could be moving your fingers,
Maybe your toes.
And then just taking one deep breath here.
Noticing how you feel.
And then take this feeling and carry it with you throughout your day.
