Sit or stand comfortably,

Balanced and poised,

With your spine straight and your eyes closed.

Sense the space that surrounds you,

Hear the sounds,

Feel the temperature of the air and the weight of your body on the earth that supports you.

Breathe smoothly and deeply,

Feeling the cool air entering your nostrils,

Filling your chest and making your belly expand.

Breathe and gather all of the tension in your muscles,

The fears,

Doubts and anxieties in your mind.

And as you breathe out,

Let them flow out,

Down,

Into the earth,

Deep into the molten core.

Breathe and feel the earth's power rise up through your feet,

Legs,

Pelvis,

Torso,

Flowing up through your trunk and reaching out from your shoulders,

Spreading like branches,

Searching for the sky.

Breathe and feel air flowing down through your branches,

Spreading out deep into the earth as roots grounding you in the soil.

Breathe and feel water absorbing into your roots,

Flowing up through your body,

Nourishing every cell and sprouting leaves and flowers from every branch.

Breathe and feel the heat of the sun's fire beat down on your canopy,

Stimulating your leaves to create energy that raises your vibrational frequency and strengthens the connection between the earth and the sky.

Breathe and let the power of earth,

Air,

Water and fire course through you,

Rising and falling through branches and roots with each cycle of fullness and emptiness.

We are part of nature and when we connect with the basic forces that exist around and within us,

We align ourselves with the true nature of existence.

For the next 30 seconds,

Experience the flow of elemental energy without words.

The elemental forces have always been a part of you,

Will always be with you,

Even as you return your attention to where you are here and now.

Feel the space around you,

The clothing on your skin,

The breath flowing in and out.

When you feel ready,

Open your eyes and notice the earth,

Air,

Sky,

Water and trees that fill our world with life.
