I'd like you to imagine a soothing,
Flowing light above you.
What color is the light?
Is it warm?
Is it cooling?
What feels most soothing to you in this moment?
Now,
Allow that light to slowly flow down your body,
Starting with the top of your head.
It travels down your face,
Past your eyes,
Your nose,
Your mouth,
Allowing each of the muscles there to relax and release.
Now,
The light travels down your neck,
Into your shoulders,
Releasing any tension as they relax.
The light now flows into your chest,
Allowing any tightness,
Pressure,
Or heaviness to release and melt away.
Now,
The light is flowing down your arms,
Down your fingertips,
Relaxing every muscle,
Every cell.
Travels down your stomach,
Into your hips,
Melting away any tension,
Any knots.
Allow it to travel down your legs,
Past your knees,
Through your calves,
And into your feet.
Now,
Imagine the light filling every cell of your body,
Allowing every cell to release,
To be filled with peace,
Stillness,
And relaxation.
