And then imagine a crystalline cord descending from your sacral chakra.
This is your umbilical cord connecting you into the heart of the Great Mother.

And feel into the circle of light surrounding you.
The circular ray of light that you are.
And feel your light streaming through you.

For orientation within the space-time continuum.
