This teaching is mostly intended for average days, in other words, when your life is going through the usual routine, even if that means you have been going through a rough patch, or just feel in a rut. However, if you are experiencing something unusual, especially if it’s a difficult situation, you may get value from it too. Hello,

I usually talk about manifestation,

The law of attraction.

This time I want to focus on something else,

However,

The topic is unavoidably related to it.

And right from the start I just want to bring up the question,

How am I feeling?

There are many reasons to ask yourself this question,

And not just first thing in the morning or before going to sleep,

But throughout the day.

We are very good at getting used to our reality,

Even if we don't like it.

Our brains are masters in making the usual circumstances invisible.

That is one reason why we lose the excitement of our accomplishments,

Relationships or purchases among others.

Maybe this can serve as a good reminder to say thank you for a hot meal,

A clean house,

Another 24 hours,

To appreciate in general.

Now,

Before I get carried away and end up creating a different teaching,

Let me redirect your focus back to the question,

How am I feeling?

I do not have an exact answer or percentage,

But I know from experience that the majority of what we go through has to do with how we felt before.

Being aware of the emotions that get more every time,

And more importantly the thoughts that cause them,

Is paramount in taking control of our destination.

We have lost the sensitivity of our most prevalent emotions,

Especially if they are not strong,

Like pessimism,

Disbelief or even boredom.

I have never smoked,

But I do remember my brother saying that after quitting,

He regained the sense of smell.

That sums up the purpose of the question.

It is a catalyst to do something about it,

If the answer is not your ideal choice.

So,

The follow-up questions to underwhelming answers could be,

What can I do about it?

Or,

What else can I think about?

And perhaps,

Is there another way of looking at this?

For those times when you cannot change or improve the subject.

No one can get in your head and choose the next thought,

At least not literally.

It is our whole privilege,

Right,

And dare I say responsibility,

To direct the aim of our minds.

You can perform the very same action for different reasons.

And to the outside world,

All may seem equal,

But only you know how it feels and what triggered it.

You may not be able to change your life right now,

But you can choose how to see it,

And that will bring instant change to the way you feel,

Which ultimately is what matters the most.

Perhaps you don't like going to school,

Or the company you work for,

And by all means I am not suggesting to stop,

But how you perceive that responsibility,

That task,

Situation,

Piece of news,

Etc.

Will greatly influence the upcoming events.

How your day unfolds,

If you have meaningful interactions with people,

Meet someone new,

And the quality of your sleep,

The latter being one of the biggest reasons why people use this app.

Think of this like going to the optometrist.

You will go through several lenses and will be asked,

Can you see better with this one or the other,

Until you find the ideal prescription.

Now,

What feels better,

I don't like this job,

Or this is temporary,

I will find something I like,

It is just a job and there are millions of them.

What feels better,

I am getting older and I have nothing to show for,

Or things come and go,

I have had many good experiences and I know there are many more coming my way.

What feels better,

I have been alone for so long,

Or through my past relationships I have learned what I look for in a partner,

And there are many who fit that profile,

It is just a matter of letting it happen at the right time,

Just as the previous ones did.

An emotion is the immediate byproduct of a thought,

This is not a matter of which came first,

The chicken or the egg,

It is always in that order,

It is your gauge in the happy or sad meter if you will.

Use these type of questions to unravel what you are thinking about,

How those thoughts make you feel,

And most importantly,

Alter your perspective if they are not serving you.

In that way,

You can sow the seeds of beautiful days,

Meaningful connections,

Pleasant upcoming memories.

Everything we see around was just a thought before it became real,

And your thoughts are always gestating the future.

Do you want that future to be something new and exciting?

Or a rinse and repeat of the present?

If you use these questions to steer your mind in a happier direction,

And implement tiny actions to elevate your mood,

Like changing the station on the radio to something you want to dance or sing to,

You will then bring down the walls that were keeping you in a place of dissatisfaction.

You may allow a 180 degree turn,

Some may even think there is a little magic going on now.

I hope this simple question helps you to allow all the changes you long for.

And I have another question for you.

Would you like to become a powerful creator?

I talk about a habit to get you there in my teaching,

The habit that will make you a powerful creator.

If you want to be notified when I have something new for you,

All you need to do is follow me.

Take care,

Receive many blessings.

Meet your Teacher

Hi Juan Pablo, I loved this Audio, and I think this is one of your best ones. It is true. Personally I do not make me questions, life took me, and it is still taking me for many experieces. What I use to do was being positive in order to overcome bad times, and enjoy the good ones. But for the last 30 years, I learned to be grateful to G-d for everything, the good, the bad and the ugly, that makes my life happier and brings me peace. And of course, changing thaughts and actions to positive thinking and acting changes all and allows me to dream. It is a matter of attitude. This audio came to me in the perfect time: Hanukah, the Jewish festivity of Lights, and miracles. Time to ask for our dreams whatever who they are, and time to be light for others. Thank you for this very beautiful present for me and all, thank you for sharing your light. πŸ™πŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ€²πŸ»πŸ€—πŸ˜˜πŸŒ»πŸ•―πŸ•―πŸ•―πŸ•―πŸ•―πŸ•―πŸ•―πŸ•―
