All of us have many things that we want to have or manifest, and although many know that through the Law of Attraction it is possible to achieve anything, it is very common that we lose sight of how the process works. We also have in our possession a double-edged sword: our emotions. In this audio, I want to show you what you need to do with your emotions to go towards your goals.

Hello,

How are you?

I hope you're doing great.

Today,

I want to talk about a couple of things.

And let me start with the first one.

I'm sure that many of you have heard that in order to get your desires,

You need to be vibrating in a high frequency.

Otherwise,

You're going to be moving away from your wishes.

Now,

For the ones of you that don't know what I'm talking about,

Let me give you a brief explanation.

Whatever you're feeling equals your vibration.

Let's say,

If you're feeling happy,

If you're feeling in love,

Excited,

Hopeful,

Or grateful,

All those emotions are high in frequency.

Okay?

Now on the other hand,

If you feel sad,

Afraid,

Rage,

Everything that is part of that spectrum,

Even if you feel bored,

All those vibrations are negative.

And those vibrations will put a distance between what you want in life and yourself.

How does that work?

Well,

That's a topic for another audio,

But in a nutshell,

I can tell you that our brains are like broadcasting stations.

And whatever you're thinking about is going to manifest,

Whether you like it or not.

But I guess if you're listening to this audio,

You're familiar with the law of attraction.

So I'm going to assume that.

And if not,

Get ready,

Because I'm preparing a course for you.

After that brief explanation,

Let's move on with the first part of this audio.

I want to tell you that if for some reason you're not feeling okay,

And again,

It could be that you're feeling sadness,

Fear,

Anger,

Whatever it is that is not a high vibration,

Please do not try to get out of those vibrations as soon as possible.

Okay?

And why,

You may ask,

That sounds counterproductive.

You want to vibrate high so you can get what you want,

Right?

That's true.

But if you're feeling bad,

There's a reason for that.

And if you're trying to fight that emotion,

The only thing that you're going to do is putting gasoline to the fire.

You're making it bigger.

You're not allowing yourself to heal.

And if you don't heal that low vibration,

It is going to remain.

And you're going to be back and forth towards and away from your desire.

So allow yourself to cry,

To talk about what you're feeling,

To think about it,

To forgive yourselves and others,

To be patient.

And when you're feeling better,

Great.

Then nurture those positive feelings.

Start being hopeful,

Grateful for what you have and eventually happy.

Those emotions cannot flourish if you're still hurting in some way.

So in summary for this part of the audio,

Let yourself be human.

Feel your emotions,

Give them time to improve.

And once you're done,

Move to higher emotions.

And if you fall again in that rut of negative emotions,

Be kind to yourself again,

As many times as necessary.

Don't feel that you're a lost cause,

That you're hopeless.

It's okay.

It's a process.

You cannot break years and years of negative paradigms that were put in your mind,

Many times by other people.

And expect that you're going to be fine without any emotional baggage.

This process is going to take time.

So brace yourself and be patient.

Okay,

Now for the second thing that I want to tell you,

I'm going to use an analogy.

Whatever it is that you desire is inside a house or a building.

And there is only one entrance.

And in case it's not clear,

You're outside the building.

The only thing that you can do is to ring the doorbell and after you have done that,

You can only wait.

I have told many people before that there are several ways in which you can manifest a desire.

And one of them,

Surprisingly,

Is through fear.

That sounds like I'm making that up.

Why fear?

I told you earlier that low or negative vibrations are taking away your desires.

And that is true.

But if your fear is so big,

So overwhelming,

It can destroy the resistance between you and your goal because your desire will outgrow and overpower the resistance.

But and this is a big but,

What you will get out of that desire that we accomplish through fear or whatever overwhelming feeling that is negative in nature will not please you completely.

It will not be ideal at best.

Let's say that you need to pay for the rent and you don't see any foreseeable opportunities to earn some cash.

Plus you're constantly worried about that because you're going to be kicked out of your house.

If your fear or anxieties are so big,

You may get the money,

But maybe it will be through a loan or by needing to sell something that you hold dear.

And I'm sure that that will not be an ideal solution,

Right?

You will have a solution,

But not the one that you were hoping for.

And that is something that happened to me,

By the way.

So I know what I'm talking about,

At least for that scenario.

So going back to the door analogy,

There are people inside that building that are in charge of opening the door if they deem that you're worthy.

And I don't want to get philosophical about being worthy and whatnot,

Because I think that in general,

Everyone is worthy of what they want.

But anyways,

You cannot force,

You cannot hustle the people inside the building to open the door for you because they won't.

Not even out of pity.

So all you can do is wait,

Right?

And if for some reason you decide that you don't want to wait and you're going to bust that door open with dynamite,

You can do it.

Like when I told you about fear,

But you don't know if that act is going to blow up whatever you want to have.

It could be a relationship that you want to force yourself into.

It could be a job that because you're so insistent,

They're going to just rule you out.

Whatever it is,

You name it.

So just wait for it.

By the time you're waiting,

If you don't feel okay,

Here I go back to the first part of the audio.

It's okay.

You can feel bad.

You can feel doubtful.

You can feel fearful.

You can feel anger,

Resentment.

Give yourself time to overcome that.

Those emotions are not going to prevent you from going through the door.

Of course,

During that period,

You will not be able to enter the building.

That's for sure.

But that does not mean that you will be banned,

So to speak.

Okay.

So take your time to feel better.

And then instead of just waiting,

Looking at the door to find out who's going to open it,

Continue living your life.

Do whatever you want to do.

Don't let what's inside that building be the reason for your life,

The reason for you to be here.

I can only think of one example in which that will be valid and true.

And I'm referring to all those people suffering serious health problems.

If that's the case,

I really hope you're feeling better and that you recover.

But I do want to tell you that by focusing on that problem,

You're not going to do yourselves any favors either.

So for the rest of you that are listening to this audio that do not fall under that particular case,

Keep living your life.

There is no way that that wish or accomplishment is going to change your life and leave you satisfied forever.

Because if you're not ready,

If you put your worthiness in whatever is inside the building,

Then you're not worthy at all.

And I mean that your value comes from within,

From within you,

Not the building.

It comes from what makes you a person.

And nothing that is inside the building is going to make you a better person.

You have to be ready before the door is open.

And whenever you get that thing you're looking for,

Whether it's money or something similar,

Once you have acclimated to have that in your possession,

You will look for other stuff.

And that's exactly proof that whatever was inside the building was not going to change your life forever,

Was not going to make you happy forevermore.

When a baby,

A toddler,

Wants to learn to walk and they fall and cry and get up again and try again until they master the art of walking,

I'm sure that is super exciting for them.

I mean,

Look at them running,

Giggling towards you,

Towards their parents,

Mom and dad,

And maybe chasing the dog or the cat.

But at some point,

The great feeling of being able to walk becomes something normal.

And then other challenges begin,

Like maybe climbing ladders to get cookies.

My point is that whatever you want at some point in your life is going to become something common,

Something that isn't going to get you excited anymore.

Right?

If you're married,

If you have a girlfriend or a boyfriend,

And at first that is going to feel amazing,

Right?

And then I'm not saying that your love is going to fade or be gone,

But you will get used to that person,

And when that happens,

Well,

Your relationship is going to morph,

Hopefully into something better.

And then you will be eager to chase other stuff.

And let me clarify,

I say stuff,

Not people.

So there you have it friends.

Allow yourself to feel whatever you're feeling.

Feel your heal,

And then know that you can get whatever you want if you wait for it.

And also if you trust that the door will be open for you.

Don't turn your back on that door or walk away.

If so,

You will be giving up whatever you wanted.

Mapito this audio is one of your best ones. It is true, it is not the matter to raise our vibration by force, because in our inner awareness, we are having a period of low vibrations. To heal, time is needed, but it is necessary to do the effort to heal. Time helps a lot. 🤲🏻🙌🏻❤🥰💚
