
The Leap From Wanting To Knowing

This is an extract from a live session, in which I talked about why the frequency or vibration we broadcast, makes all the difference between a perpetual state of wishing for something, and realizing the experience. You will learn how to shift your frequency, based on the following roadmap Wish - Hope - Believe - Know.

So,
Today,
I'm going to talk about how to go,
Or I would say,
As I titled the teaching,
The leap between wanting and knowing.
And this is going to be about the Law of Attraction.
For most of you,
This is going to be a topic that I have talked about in other occasions,
And I'm really glad to continue to do so,
Because sometimes we just need a different perspective in order to make it work for us.
So that's what I'm aiming for today.
And I have a phrase that I coined,
But I will be remiss if I left out that this was inspired by the teachings of Abraham Hicks.
And the phrase goes as follows,
And it's going to be the road map of today's teaching.
It is,
I don't wish,
I don't hope,
I don't believe,
I know.
Okay?
So that's our road map.
And just a couple of things that I want to define.
The first one is resistance.
What is resistance?
In the context of energy work,
Of course.
Resistance is anything that is on your path between you and your wish.
Whatever is there that is going to slow you down.
If you think about electronics,
Well,
Resistances are built to slow down the pass of electrons for a certain purpose.
And in exchange you get other benefits,
But,
Well,
Those benefits don't apply to the law of attraction.
I just wanted to maybe give you another definition of the word resistance.
For example,
When you're walking in the snow and you have the proper shoes,
Those will offer resistance,
So you don't slip,
Right?
So you need that friction.
But when it comes to the law of attraction,
You don't want that.
Although it's not that bad,
I mean,
It's part of the process.
Okay,
Now the second thing I need to define are the three steps that we use when working with the law of attraction.
The first step is when you identify what you want,
When you wish,
When you ask.
The second step is the universe working its magic to make it happen.
And the third step is to get what you ask for.
That simple,
Okay?
Now let's talk a little bit about the first step.
Just by living our lives,
We identify things and experiences that we would like to have.
Either because we struggled with something,
Or because maybe someone purchased or was able to live something that now has become our,
I would say,
Most wanted experience or thing or circumstance.
What I'm trying to say,
Life is going to give you enough moments of clarity when you will say,
Oh,
I like that.
I would like to have that in my life.
Or,
Wow,
That person is beautiful.
I would like to have a partner that looks like him or her,
Etc.
Now it could be something like,
Well,
I didn't like how that went,
So next time I would like to have a different experience.
So that's step number one.
That's the first step,
When we ask,
Okay?
Now,
Like I said in the phrase that I mentioned at the beginning,
The first part is,
I don't wish,
Or you could say,
I don't ask.
And let's talk about that a little bit.
So if we were not able to identify what we want,
We will never change.
Our preferences will remain the same.
There will be no newness in our life.
So those moments are really,
Really important.
And some people,
When they learn about the law of attraction,
It is as if they just want to just live in a high vibration,
Which means having positive emotions,
Positive feelings without any struggle.
That may sound like something that we would like to live,
But trust me,
No.
I'm sure that maybe all of us have gone through heartbreak.
And when we finally overcome that and we find someone else,
We kind of look back and can appreciate that low moment in our lives.
Those different,
I would say,
Emotions give meaning to life.
When you overcome obstacles,
When you find that through a traumatic experience,
You aim higher,
You choose a new goal,
Et cetera,
Okay?
But if you think about the state of mind or the vibration that you have when you are asking for something,
When you want something,
Well,
That has a lot of resistance.
Because if it was due to something that you did not like,
An experience that hurt you,
That made you feel weak or incapable of achieving or accomplishing something,
That moment is going to be permeated with,
I would say,
A negative emotion.
You realizing that something is amiss,
Something is not in your life.
But like I said before,
You need those moments to grow.
But if we look at the creation process,
I would say in a nutshell that you need to aim to feel the best that you can,
To have what some people say,
Higher vibrations,
Higher emotions in order to be in the symphony or the vibration or the wavelength of what you're asking for,
All right?
So asking is okay,
But it's very important to know that most of the times,
Not all,
But most of the times,
When you're asking for something,
And asking doesn't necessarily mean you are saying the words,
Like if you're talking to a genie,
What is your first wish?
Well,
My wish is blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
Blah,
No.
As soon as you identify something that you want,
That's your asking moment.
That's when you're saying,
This is what I want.
That moment is going to be filled with resistance because you are not up to speed with what you're asking for at that moment.
In some occasions,
You will be,
And you will have a very fast manifestation,
But it's not always the same,
And that's okay,
All right?
Now the second thing that I said,
So I said,
I don't wish.
Now let's move a little bit higher in the emotional scale.
Let's move to hope,
And I guess most of us will assume or just think about hope as something that is really good.
Hope is the last thing that you lose,
So it's what keeps you still holding on.
That's hope.
That's one of humanity's attributes,
I would say best attributes.
But if you think about it,
Hope is also a place where you have a lot of resistance because if you think about hope being the last line of defense when it comes to what you want to achieve and your reality,
Feeling hopeful is like,
Okay,
I think I'm against all odds,
But I'm not giving up.
I doubt,
I would say to maybe a 90%,
That what I want to have or achieve is doable or is for me,
But I don't care because I have hope,
So I'm going to hold on to it,
And that's beautiful and I love that.
I do want to make you realize that hope has a lot of resistance.
If you were to choose between feeling,
I would say,
Powerless or angry and hopeful,
By all means,
Hopeful is a better state of being,
It's a better vibration,
But it's not the best one you can achieve,
At least in order to allow your wishes to manifest.
So what's next?
I will go back to the phrase that we started this teaching,
I don't wish,
I don't hope,
And now I don't believe.
Now this sounds really,
Really strong,
And I would like just to mention that if you don't agree with my definition of belief,
That's completely fine,
Just don't think about the word because we may have a semantics problem between what you think about that word and what I think about it.
So for the purpose of this teaching,
Just go along with it and maybe replace it with another word that you think is more suitable to your beliefs,
All right?
But again,
A belief is a very strong vibration and it's usually associated with religion,
Which I'm not going to talk about because I don't talk about religion in my teachings,
Although I do acknowledge the power of different beliefs.
And when you believe in something,
You are,
I would say,
In a very positive state of mind and what you believe in might be in a very high percentage,
For the sake of putting a number on it,
Maybe you are 90% sure that your beliefs are actually true.
And someone could say,
No,
I know that my beliefs are 100% true.
And I understand that,
But my point is that you can believe in something,
But let's say I'm about to sail to an island and between my current location and the island,
There could be,
I don't know,
20 miles and the ocean is going to be very deep at some point.
And maybe part of the animals that live in that body of water,
Some of them are potentially dangerous for me,
Okay?
So I don't want to go deeper because that's not the point,
But let's say I'm going to talk to the captain of the ship and I ask him or her,
How certain are you that we're going to make it?
If the captain says,
I believe we will be just fine,
Instead of,
Don't worry,
I know we'll be fine.
I know this works.
I have done it hundreds of times.
Which one of those statements gives you more peace of mind?
I believe we will be fine.
I believe we will make it,
Or I know we will make it.
Well,
I mean,
I would go with the latter.
So there's still a gap between knowing and believing.
And if you are most of the time in the belief of your wish,
If you somehow most of the time feel that way about your wish,
Then great,
That's good news.
I'm sure that you're going to get there,
But it's not the fastest way to get there.
And I'm about to talk about that.
So when it comes to my desire,
I don't wish for it.
I don't hope it will come.
I don't even believe it will come.
I know it will come.
Now that all sounds nice.
It's like maybe something that you would like to hear to get a little motivation,
But when it comes to real life,
When you're actually in a situation where you're not feeling that high spirited,
What can you do?
I am not implying that if you don't reach to the point of knowing that your wish is going to come true,
That you will not see it.
That's not the case.
I have manifested even in the strongest resistance.
So what I'm teaching today is just,
I would say,
A way of thinking that I know is very powerful and very fast,
But it's not the only way.
So if you think that you're going to struggle with a specific wish to get to the knowing point,
That's okay.
Don't worry.
You can still have it.
You can still manifest that wish.
So how can we achieve that state of mind of knowing to the core of our being that our wish is going to be present,
That it's going to manifest?
Well,
I would like to take the lead of the scientific community.
They have the scientific method,
Which I would say I can summarize in observation.
They have a hypothesis and they test it.
So for example,
We have the law of gravity.
Now if we were talking to maybe some physicists,
They may argue that perhaps gravity is not what we think it is,
And that's fine.
Let's not go there,
Okay?
Let's just assume that gravity is gravity as we know it,
And that's it.
So how did gravity become a law?
Because it's not a hypothesis,
It's a law.
And what is a law?
It's something that is predictable in behavior,
And you know it's going to always follow the same steps.
For example,
If I were to release this from my fingers,
It's going to fall to the table that I have here,
No matter what,
Unless I'm using,
I would say,
External factors.
But that's not the point.
So in normal conditions,
If you're holding something and you just release it,
It's going to fall down.
It doesn't fall up,
Never,
If we have gravity.
So a lot of people through the centuries have tested this,
And I would say it's universally agreed that we have the law of gravity.
And it doesn't matter if you're a good person,
If you're a bad person,
If you are young,
If you're old,
If you are,
I don't know,
Tall,
Or if you're not,
If you speak English,
Spanish,
Or whatever it is.
It will affect everyone in the same way,
Because it's a law.
It was determined by observation,
By experiments.
It behaves the same way,
All right?
Now,
If we take that concept,
We're going to apply it in a different way.
How can we transform our experiences?
How would we adapt this scientific method to our experiences to transform the way we feel about the law of attraction and that specific wish to make it a law?
Well,
It's quite simple.
I'm pretty sure that most of you have lived experiences where maybe you thought everything was lost,
That you were not going to make something happen,
And something happened out of nowhere.
So I'm going to give you an example from my elementary school years.
We were between classes,
And there was usually a five-minute waiting period between one class and another.
And I had the brilliant idea of cheering up for a soccer team.
And we used to have these,
I would say,
Furniture that you had this table that you could lift and put your books and your pens and whatnot inside it.
And you just open and close it.
So I was cheering for a team,
Saying the name of the team,
And just banging that lid three times.
So I said the name,
And bam,
Bam,
Bam,
Da-da,
Like,
Well,
Not a cheerleader,
But you get what I'm saying,
Right?
And all of the sudden,
Everyone in the classroom started following my lead.
And we made such a mess.
It was so loud.
A couple of teachers entered the classroom,
And they were like,
Who's responsible for this?
And of course,
Everyone was mute.
But then they started blackmailing us with,
You have no honor,
And blah,
Blah,
Blah.
And I felt really bad.
So I stepped forward.
And then,
I don't know,
Maybe five more people followed my lead.
So we were told that we were going to the principal's office to get our punishment.
I was really scared,
Because I was never the troublemaker.
I never misbehaved.
And I was really scared.
I did not have any experience with going to the principal's office.
So we were waiting there.
And the principal was very busy.
So at some point,
We were told that he was too busy that he would not be able to,
Well,
Talk to us.
And we misclassed and had,
I don't know,
Like a big recess.
And nothing happened,
Nothing at all.
So that's the type of moment that I'm referring to,
Where you feel that you're doomed.
You're not going to be able to make it.
And somehow,
I was OK.
And I misclassed.
So as a kid,
Missing class was amazing.
So maybe you have some of those experiences.
Or something different,
Where you can definitely acknowledge that there was something else in play,
In your favor.
So those,
Even if you have just a couple of those,
Those are your experiments.
Those are your proof that you can accomplish so many things.
And if you go back to those reminders of the power of the universe,
God,
Source energy,
However you want to name this creative power,
And you just find soulless,
You find an easier mood,
You find peace.
That's the roadmap to going from asking,
Hoping,
Believing,
To knowing that what you want to achieve is going to reach you.
So that's my proposal.
That's what I wanted to share with you.
So you can leverage the power of the law of attraction and make your wildest dreams come true.

Hi Juan Pabloβ€οΈ I loved this audio track, although I do not think hope has so much resistance, it is the window for dreaming. "I know" also has resistance, bc there is always a slightly doubt. Anyways, I think all the steps you mention are perfectly good for manifesting, just depends in the way they are used. I loved this track very much, like all of yours. ππ»ππ»π€²π»β€οΈππ€π₯°ππ»BTHN.
