I'm going to talk about the habit that you should always follow.
Well,
I'm going to explain it right now because it's very simple and today's session is more about trying to apply it in a way.
So we're going to have a longer meditation than usual.
So here I go.
This is about having a chat with yourself before going to sleep.
And this chat is not just any chat.
It's a chat to talk about your dreams and to ease any resistance that you may have.
So in a way,
It's like when,
Let's say that someone had an argument with their spouse and before they go to bed,
They just talk about it in order to be able to fall asleep without any hard feelings.
So that's kind of the idea.
But in this context,
It's not that you're fighting with yourself.
But sometimes there are some things in your thoughts,
Your beliefs,
Your paralymes that contradict what you really want.
So we're all,
I would say,
A big entity.
And part of that entity is what we can see,
Our human body and everything that it has.
But the bigger part is not tangible.
It's our higher self.
And whenever we have a preference,
A dream,
A wish,
Or however you want to call it,
Well,
Our higher self is always in favor of that choice.
The only one that has the possibility of being against it is our rational mind,
Our beliefs,
Our thoughts,
Etc.
So we kind of have an argument,
Different point of view with that dream.
Our higher self believes in it,
And our rational self,
Our human self,
Doubts it.
And that's the purpose of this habit,
To go to bed unifying that thought in order to allow it to happen.
So as some of you know,
When you work with energy,
Let's say to use the law of attraction,
You broadcast a signal to the universe every single moment you're awake.
And that signal,
That broadcast is comprised of your thoughts and emotions.
Let's say that you are thinking about having a more satisfying job,
But based on several variables and beliefs,
You may doubt that you can get that.
Maybe you think that you don't have enough knowledge,
Enough experience.
Who knows?
Your higher self believes in you,
Knows that you can get that wish,
That you can get that wish,
That you can accomplish that.
But you have a lot of things that you have picked up along your years in this planet,
And some of them are not pro your wish.
And it's very easy for us to find excuses or reasons why what we really want is not available for us.
It's very difficult for us to focus.
We have several things.
We may have families,
Spouses,
Bosses,
Co-workers,
If you are in school,
Well,
You have your teachers and you have your classmates,
You have friends.
So you have a lot of distractions.
The city is loud.
You have TV,
You have so many things that can compete for your attention.
What happens during nighttime for most of us?
We find peace.
The world kind of quiets down and we have more,
I would say,
Control over our thoughts because we have less distractions.
Right?
And also,
When you're going to drift to sleep,
Whatever you're contemplating or thinking about is going to remain,
I would say,
In a loop in your mind until the next morning.
And it's very common for people to remember that they were dreaming about something that they thought about before going to bed.
Right?
So this is the best moment to have that peaceful conversation with yourselves.
And this is a heart to heart conversation.
This is not a rational discussion.
This is not a process for the mind because we're talking about leveraging energy.
And that has nothing to do with your brain because your brain is going to say,
OK,
When is this going to happen or how?
By which means?
What do I need to do about it?
And for the ones of you that are familiar with the law of attraction,
There are three steps.
Step number one,
You define exactly what you want.
Step number two,
The universe creates or delivers that wish.
And on step number three,
You're just getting what you ask for.
So the only thing that you need to do is find out what you want.
And once you are sure of what you want,
Once you are not contradicting what you want,
Once you have eliminated the word,
But every time you think about your wish,
For example,
I want to have a girlfriend or a boyfriend or spouse,
But I'm not a social person,
But I'm too young,
But I'm too old,
But,
But,
But,
But,
But once you eliminate that word,
Which is only the segue to list all the excuses or reasons why you believe you are not going to get it,
Then you're able to join those two points of view from your higher self and yourself,
Your physical person and your astral person,
If you want to call it like that.
And that's the point of this habit,
That you have a moment at the end of your day to think about their wish and to remove all the clutter that you have in your mind.
And to remember that it's not up to you to make it happen,
Because if it's up to you,
You don't need to ask for help.
You just go and do it.
If I want to have ice cream,
I don't need to use the law of attraction for that.
I just go out to the store,
Pick one and bring it home.
But for the other things that you cannot get,
Well,
You need to trust,
You need to put your wish in the hands of the universe,
God,
Source Energy,
However you call this presence.
Right?
So let me summarize.
God,
The universe,
Source Energy,
Etc.
Lives in you.
It's part of you.
And that's why you're very powerful.
Your thoughts matter.
Your emotions matter.
That's why you need to be very careful about how you think about the things or the things or the situations you want to experience,
Because that power,
It's in you and you wield it.
You can use it to delay those wishes.
But if you're clear about what you want,
And you can let go of the when and the how,
Then you're good to go.
Right?
This exercise is just to make peace with the fact that you can get what you want and remove all the excuses why you think you are not going to get it.
Remember,
This is not a mind process.
This is not a rational exercise.
And two more things that I haven't mentioned.
Ideally,
What you want should be something that elicits passion and not a lukewarm feeling.
Because if that's the case,
That means that you don't really want it.
And that's perfectly fine.
But the things that you want the most,
That elicit more passion,
Are your true desires.
The others may be things that you believe you should ask for,
Because that's what society does.
Don't rely on having this internal chat with yourselves just by using your mind,
Because the average person will get distracted.
Imagine trying to think about your wishes,
And I'm sure all of you have experienced this.
And then you remember that you need to go to the supermarket tomorrow,
And you start to think if you have everything you need on your to-buy list or your grocery list.
And then you remember that you need to,
I don't know,
Do some laundry or whatever.
You get distracted,
And then you remember that you were having this dialogue,
And you go back and forth.
So there's no focus.
What do I recommend you to do?
Well,
If you can,
Speak out loud.
But I mean,
If you're married,
If someone lives with you and you don't want to interrupt their dreams or feel awkward or not being able to be sincere because someone else is listening,
You feel self-conscious,
That's fine.
Then you can just maybe use a piece of paper and write it down and read it in your mind.
But if you use your eyes and read it,
It's going to help you to focus.
Or you can just whisper that dialogue,
Etc.
So try to involve more than one sense so you can get really,
Really engaged in that conversation.

I need you to choose at least one wish that you want to manifest and that you have been struggling with.
