What you just did was to tell your brain to stop sending cortisol or adrenaline in case you were stressed out.
It's all that it takes.
Just three deep breaths.
So remember this whenever you're not feeling well.
Whenever you feel pressure,
You will be better to address anything that comes your way if you're relaxed.
So keep that in mind.
And speaking of keeping things in mind,
I'm going to ask you to do something.
And before I say what it is,
Remain calm.
Try to remain calm.
This is just an exercise.
You are safe.
You are protected.
Okay?
All right.
I would like you to think about anyone that comes to mind that has hurt you.
It doesn't need to be the worst experience of your life.
It could be something that happened this morning or something that happened 20 years ago.
It doesn't matter.
The fact that you remember it just by hearing my words means that it's important.
And remember you're safe.
We're working with energy.
So and this is going to heal you.
So welcome this opportunity to deal with this.
Now you're looking at that person.
They are not saying anything.
They're just there.
They're not aware of your presence and they cannot harm you.
Keep breathing slowly and deeply.
And now see how these people are going back in time and they're becoming their younger selves.
They are now babies.
Harmless babies in front of you.
And as you get closer and they are aware of your presence,
They are smiling at you.
What do you feel now?
What would you like to do with that baby?
Would you put your hand next to their hands so they can grab your fingers?
Or maybe fix their hair?
Do you want to feed them?
Do you want to put a blanket so they are not cold?
What is your instinct?
Maybe you want to tickle them and see them laugh or cover your face and then show it again to play with them and see if they laugh at that or if they get surprised.
Maybe you can put some relaxing music to help them fall asleep.
You notice that these beautiful babies are harmless.
They were born without malice and they are loved by their parents.
They're precious to someone else.
And now they're going to grow a little bit.
They're becoming toddlers.
Now they can interact with you and they have a message for you.
I know we're going to have some tough times in the future,
But I want you to know that life has not been easy for me.
I hope we can resolve any problem that may arise between us.
I was not born with the intention of hurting you.
Many things will happen in my life that will make me the person I will become.
And I want you to know that whatever I do,
At some point,
It's going to be in the past.
And you don't need to suffer about that experience in the future once it has passed.
I'm just a person.
I have the same power as you do.
Don't take my words so seriously and understand that I'm a complex being just as you.
I'm moved by emotions,
By trauma.
So it was not my purpose in life to hurt you.
And hurting you was not a pleasant experience regardless of how it looked.
I need you to consider forgiving me,
Not because I deserve your forgiveness,
But because if you don't,
You're limiting yourself.
And I acknowledge that everyone has the power and the tools to be happy or miserable.
That's a choice.
And I don't want to be the reason for you to not be happy.
I will face some difficult circumstances too.
And I will have to deal with them and learn to let go,
Just as I'm asking you right now.
I hope that in the future we can get along.
And if that day never comes,
Rest assured,
Then we have left this physical body.
I will embrace you in heaven and everything will be forgotten.
I will do my best to take care of you and to show you how much I love you because we're the same essence.
We came from the same place and we are connected.
Now that person is leaving your space and you see a mirror and you decide to look at your image.
And as you do,
You also go back in time,
But just your image.
And you can also see yourself as a baby.
I have a question for you.
Have you ever done something that made you feel bad,
Either to you or to others?
If that's the case,
Which most certainly will be,
Look at your younger self.
There is no mirror anymore.
There's you in front of you,
Your baby self in front of your adult self.
How do you feel when you see that baby,
That beautiful baby that you were at some point?
Look at your eyes,
Your smile,
Your tiny hands,
Your innocence,
How pure you were born.
Now,
Hold that baby and put it close to your chest,
The head just in front of your heart.
And see how relaxing that is for your younger self.
You're beginning to fall asleep,
Feeling secure,
Feeling warmth,
Feeling love.
And as you're falling asleep,
That baby is merging with you and it's entering your heart chakra.
Remember that innocent being that you were,
It's still part of you.
You have changed,
Yes,
But your essence hasn't.
So whenever you feel bad because you hurt someone,
Maybe even yourself,
Because you didn't get it right,
Don't worry.
It doesn't matter.
What matters is that you keep that baby safe,
Protected,
Loved,
Fed.
You can always try again.
You can always say I'm sorry.
You can always love you more.
And it's just a choice.
You don't need magic.
You don't need a revolution in your country for that to happen.
You don't need to leave your room or to utter any word.
You can instantly change that with a thought.
And if it's the right thought,
The right emotion will be felt.
You will feel love.
You will feel joy,
Peace,
Gratitude.
So let that younger self of yours to keep living in your heart chakra where love and gratitude reside,
Where forgiveness is located.
And let that energy permeate through your whole body.
And now you can feel how the power of God,
Of the universe,
Is entering your body,
Making you feel warm,
Loved,
And giving you anything that you need.
Peace,

Opportunities,
Ideas.
Now put both of your hands in front of your heart,
Touching your chest to seal that energy that you just received and it's going to remain with you for the rest of your life.
Feel grateful for this moment,
