Close your eyes and breathe in all the way into your tummy and breathe out releasing all the air and breathe in again deeper this time that's right all the way in and now just let yourself release the air all the way out now and now just find your most natural breath there's no need to try just let yourself breathe in and out in the most natural way for you I receive I receive all that I need I receive all that I desire and I don't have to do anything special I don't have to be any more than I already am I don't have to do anything to allow myself to just receive in fact the more that I lean back I receive I realize that I'm worthy and that I receive because it is my birthright I let myself receive now and I let it be easy I let myself receive all that I desire all that I've ever wanted all that I am I receive as easily as I breathe I receive I don't have to try to receive receiving is my natural state and it's safe for me to receive it's safe for me to just be who I am I know that that is enough that I am more than enough to receive and I receive all that I desire I always have more than I need and more than I want I'm overflowing with love with abundance with connection because I allow myself to receive I receive as easy as I breathe I let myself receive I receive as easy as I breathe
