Gently settling into this present moment, I invite you to become aware of your body, All of the pieces of you, Bringing them fully into this present moment, Present all of you. Taking some deep breaths now and tuning all of your attention inward, Leaving behind anything that came before this and letting go of anything that will come after this. Continue to take slow, Feeling the calmness wash over your body as you inhale, Any stagnation or stiffness leave as you slowly exhale. Lean into the safety and the security of this moment. Where to be, What to do, Just simply. Be here in your body, Be here in your breathing, Be here in your beautiful presence, Just as you, Uniquely and divinely designed. We often marvel at breathtaking art and indescribable architecture, But how often do we take time to marvel at our own intricate and extraordinary nature? Beautifully, Uniquely, One of a kind, Divinely designed. There is no one else like you. The million little pieces that make you, You. The pieces that shine, The pieces that hurt, The pieces that light your soul and the pieces you hide. Intricate little details that define your walk through this world. They are uniquely yours to hold. I invite you to feel into a space of gratitude for the experiences that have etched marks on your heart and left imprints on your soul. Nobody knows your pieces like you do. And zooming out, You are a piece in the puzzle of humanity. Wonderfully and uniquely made. So often we try to blend into the crowd and dull our light for fear of being seen. But it is our unique perspective, Our unique eyes that the world needs, Fully and wildly self-expressed. Our souls long to be expressed to the fullest. It is time to show up with honesty and truth, Authentic, Brave and unafraid of being truly you. You are enough, Exactly the way you are. Wonderfully and uniquely. And feeling into this idea that you have within you, All of the answers, The inspiration, The clarity. How do you want to show up as an artist, As a creator, As the designer of your life? Taking some deep breaths, Reflect on this feeling of certainty and trust. I can trust myself. I can trust myself. I can trust myself. And taking some deep breaths now, Slowly moving your fingers and toes and coming back into your body. Maybe even a soft smile acknowledging the million little pieces of you and opening your eyes when you're ready.
