While we rest our bodies.

You can express it in a single word that reminds you of your entire intention,

Guiding us towards what we genuinely want.

Let's start this breathing exercise.

We place this thought seat and we breathe in,

And we vocalize this thought as we breathe out,

Feeling what we just articulated.

With that thought,

Putting it into words,

Feeling what we just said.
