We begin this guided imagery with a light stretch & flow focused on the hips & shoulders. Once we find stillness, we bring awareness to our breath, before aligning our Chakras. With our Chakras aligned and grounded, we begin our transformation from human to Stallion. We feel into the strong & dependable form of the Stallion, noticing the beauty around us, before we let go of a limiting belief that has weighed us down. This practice focuses on noticing.. not fixing, not controlling, not judging. Simply noticing. Gallop into an Equestrian world, while you free yourself breath by breath , gallop by gallop, of the self-limitations of your Human world.
