Welcome.
Take this opportunity to find a comfortable position and when you're ready,
Begin to close your eyes and settle into your breath,
Noticing each inhale through the nose,
Filling the belly and exhaling fully,
Allowing the belly to fall towards the spine.
Listen to these sounds of the water.
Let it help to relax and regulate your nervous system.
When you find that your mind is wandering,
Come back to the breath.
Let thoughts come through your awareness without judgment,
Allowing them to play like a movie as they float into the water,
Releasing back into the universe.
Begin to notice the root descending from your feet,
A stable root that knows intuitively to connect into Mother Earth as she continues to travel down through the layers of the earth,
Knowing to connect into Mother Earth's womb.
Allow your roots to connect to her heart room now.
With your next breath in,
Breathing this light up through your feet and into your body,
Beginning at the feet,
Beginning your toes,
The palms of your feet and ankles with light,
Allowing this water to permeate as it continues to flow upwards into your legs,
Allowing any tension in the legs to fall and be released into the water,
Bringing this light up into your knees and thighs.
As this water clears the lower parts of the body,
Continue to bring this light up into your pelvic area,
Filling it with light,
Allowing your breath to release any tension,
Descending upwards into your plexus,
Moving up into the heart,
Into the ribs,
Continuing upwards still into the chest.
You may feel some release of tension in your shoulders as this water clears and fills up your chest with light,
Moving up into the throat,
Your ears,
Your jaw,
Your face,
Even the back of the skull,
Allowing any tension to be released with the water and filling the top of your head,
Seeing this light flowing upwards and downwards as if you are being bathed by the water of your own light.
Continue to breathe and let this light be fluid in its connection to the sun and the earth,
Filling your whole auric field with light.
When you are ready,
Take in a few breaths to come back into the space,
Knowing that you can take this peace with you wherever you go throughout your day.
