Beloved Source,
Beloved members of the Divine,
We are now asking for a 100% complete,
Profound,
Miraculous,
Instantaneous healing,
Clearing,
And balancing on all of the following topics.
Depression,
Anxiety,
Self-judgment,
Self-punishment,
Self-blame,
Guilt,
Grief,
Anger,
Rage,
Fury,
Hatred,
Trauma,
Drama,
As well as all aspects and forms of lack and or fear,
Of self-trust,
Self-worth,
Self-respect,

Close your eyes,
And take a deep breath,
And relax,
And allow yourself and your entire being to float down and down and down and down into the heart of Mother Earth.
Allow her to give you a warm embrace and fill and saturate your entire being with beautiful Earth energy,
Starting with your feet,
Filling and saturating your feet with beautiful Earth energy from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then allow that energy to flow upwards,
Filling and saturating your ankles with Earth energy,
And then flowing up into your calves and lower legs,
Filling and saturating you from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then continue to flow that beautiful Earth energy up,
Filling and saturating your knees with Earth energy,
And flowing up into your thighs,
Filling and saturating you from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then continue flowing that Earth energy upwards,
Filling and saturating your buttocks with Earth energy,
And flowing it up into your lower abdomen,
Filling and saturating you from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then continue flowing that Earth energy upwards,
Filling and saturating your upper abdomen and lower back and spine with beautiful Earth energy from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then continue flowing that Earth energy upwards,
Filling and saturating your stomach with Earth energy,
As well as the middle of your back and spine with beautiful Earth energy from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then continue flowing that Earth energy upwards,
Filling and saturating your chest,
Your heart,
Your lungs,
Your upper back and spine with beautiful Earth energy from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then continue flowing that Earth energy upwards,
Filling and saturating your shoulders with Earth energy,
And allowing that Earth energy to flow down your arms,
Filling and saturating your upper arms,
Your elbows,
Your lower arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers with beautiful Earth energy from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then continuing to flow that Earth energy upwards,
Filling and saturating your neck and throat with beautiful Earth energy from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then continuing to flow that energy upwards,
Filling and saturating your head with Earth energy,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your ears,
Your mouth,
Your brain,
Every strand of hair with beautiful Earth energy from the inside out until you're glowing.
Now your entire being is glowing with Earth energy.
Relax into it and become one with it.
And now I'm going to ask that you send that Earth energy out of the top of your head all the way up to the universe,
All the way up to Source.
We ask Source now to flow white light down,
Straight into the top of your head,
Filling and saturating your head with white light,
Your eyes,
Your nose,
Your ears,
Your mouth,
Your brain,
Every strand of hair with beautiful white light from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then allow that white light to flow downwards,
Filling and saturating your neck and throat with beautiful white light from the inside out until you're glowing.
And continue to flow that white light down,
Filling and saturating your shoulders with white light and allowing that white light to flow down your arms,
Filling and saturating your upper arms,
Your elbows,
Your lower arms,
Your wrists,
Your hands,
Your fingers with beautiful white light from the inside out until you're glowing.
And allow that white light to continue to flow downwards,
Filling and saturating your chest with white light,
Your heart,
Your lungs,
Your upper back and spine with beautiful white light from the inside out until you're glowing.
And allow that white light to continue flowing downwards,
Filling and saturating your stomach and the middle of your back and spine with beautiful white light from the inside out until you're glowing.
And then continue to flow that white light down,
Filling and saturating your upper abdomen and lower back and spine with beautiful white light from the inside out until you're glowing.
And continue flowing that white light down,
Filling and saturating your lower abdomen and continue flowing that white light down,
Filling and saturating your buttocks and flowing right into your thighs,
Filling and saturating you from the inside out until you're glowing.
And continue flowing that white light down,
Filling and saturating your knees with white light,
Your calves and lower legs with white light,
Your ankles with white light and your feet with white light from the inside out until you're glowing.
Your entire being is now glowing with white light.
Allow yourself to settle into it and become one with it.
And now I ask that you send that white light out of the bottom of your feet,
Straight into the heart of Mother Earth,
Filling and saturating her with beautiful white light.
And now I ask that you notice Earth energy coming up from Mother Earth through you all the way up to Source with white light coming back down through you all the way into the heart of Mother Earth in balance.
And now I'm going to ask that you allow yourself to float up and up and up and up and up into a beautiful green meadow,
Filled with emerald green light.
Beloved Source,
Beloved members of the Divine,
We now ask that you help each and every one of us to 100% completely forgive ourselves,
Others,
Source and Earth.
Simultaneously,
Beloved ones,
We ask that you help each and every one of us to 100% completely receive forgiveness from Self,
