Do you need a break? When was your last break? How long do you take when you feel you need a break? How long can you take? Are these too many questions? Do you even have to answer them? Is 3 minutes and 40 seconds too much? Is it too little? This audio in which I play and speak to you is an invitation for you to observe your body and evaluate what it's telling you.
