The earth below you becomes pliable and soft as your feet slowly start to sink into the softness of Mother Earth.
Ever so slowly,
Feel the earth surround your feet,
Covering your feet up to the ankles and securing you to its power and beauty.
Feel the energy of the earth as it moves in through your feet and up through your whole body,
Taking its time until you are completely filled head to toe and overflowing with the magnetic energy of the earth.
Know the stability you are provided when fully connected,
Grounded,
And strong.
Take a moment here and enjoy the feeling of this beautiful flow of energy as you connect with the security of being fully grounded.
Bringing your awareness now to a beautiful white light that comes from high above and starts to encircle you.
Imagine this vibrant white light starts to cocoon you in safety and protection.
