This is an 80 second reset you can put into play from anywhere. After experiencing a bad swing, poorly played hole or just an unlucky break on the golf course often it's hard to shake the feeling. It then builds and carries into future shots and holes, leading to many more blow-ups. Stop in the moment and take 80 seconds for a mental reset, and a few guided deep breaths. Headphones strongly suggested, to hear the vibrational tone underneath the voice. The breath is crucial, as is the calming nature of the deep tone.
